27th December. No. 33863/34, regarding differences in

the analyses of Chinese tin furnished by the Hong Kong

Government Analyst and those made by assayers in London

and New York, I have the honour to transmit for such action

as the Secretary of State may consider desirable, a letter

from Mr. V.C. Branson, Government Analyst, Hong Kong.
